We developed the grinding conditions (alkali concentration, pulp density, additive) utilising the experiences of the wet grindability test carried out by Tüzün (2001) using a wet Bond mill as well as the Hungarian and Greek practice of bauxite grinding. We carried out grindability tests parallel both in the Bond and the Hardgrove mill.
