Which grit diamond wheel for carbide end mill sharpening

It looks like doing the end teeth for carbide end mills on a surface grinder isn't a good choice since the diamond straight wheels seem to be 1/8" thick, which would require feeding in on the surface grinder cross feed.

Getting countersinks sharpened?

Drill it, and then countersink it. The drill bit is easier to sharpen and will cut away the nitrided edge that is created ultimately because compressed air is predominantly nitrogen. Issue with that, is plasma cutting generally doesn't produce the best holes unless you're up in the 5/8" diameter and upward.
